The research findings indicate that organizations implementing comprehensive digital transformation strategies achieve 248% ROI within three years, with 35% of businesses successfully meeting their digital transformation objectives. This paper presents empirical evidence from multiple industries including manufacturing, finance, and healthcare, demonstrating that strategic integration of digital technologies with BPR methodologies results in 27-80% improvements in operational efficiency.
