Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an important technological advancement that influences modern marketing strategies. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of Artificial Intelligence on marketing strategies with special reference to Amazon online products. The research aims to understand how AI helps businesses improve customer experience, personalization, product recommendations, and marketing efficiency. Data for the study were collected from respondents through questionnaires and secondary sources such as journals and websites. The findings reveal that AI significantly enhances marketing effectiveness by improving customer targeting, increasing sales, and providing better customer satisfaction. The study concludes that AI plays a crucial role in transforming digital marketing strategies in the e-commerce sector.
