A study on the impact of advertising on sales performance
This study titled “A Study on the Impact of Advertising on Sales Performance at Numero Uno Marketing Pvt. Ltd.” examines the role of advertising in influencing sales growth within a startup digital marketing environment. In today’s competitive and technology-driven marketplace, advertising has become a strategic tool for creating brand awareness, generating leads, and improving revenue performance, especially for emerging firms operating with limited resources.
The primary objective of the study is to analyze the relationship between advertising activities and sales performance indicators such as lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, conversion rate, and return on investment (ROI). A descriptive research design was adopted, using both primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires and interviews with employees and clients, while secondary data was obtained from company records, sales reports, and relevant literature. The analysis was conducted using percentage methods and graphical representations.
The findings reveal a positive relationship between advertising efforts and sales performance. The study shows that digital advertising initiatives, particularly social media marketing and online promotions, significantly contributed to increased brand visibility and steady sales growth over the observed period. Although challenges such as high competition and budget constraints exist, effective coordination between marketing and sales functions enhances overall business performance.
The study concludes that advertising plays a vital role in driving sales performance and long-term sustainability in startup digital marketing firms. The results provide practical insights for improving advertising strategies and optimizing marketing investments for better sales outcomes.
