The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed consumer shopping behaviour. This study aims to compare online and retail shopping with special reference to apparel and fashion products. The research examines consumer preferences, satisfaction levels, and factors influencing purchasing decisions such as convenience, price, product quality, and trust. Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 60 respondents, supported by secondary data from journals and articles. The findings reveal that while online shopping is preferred for convenience, discounts, and product variety, retail shopping remains dominant due to physical product verification and higher satisfaction. The study concludes that both shopping methods coexist and complement each other in the modern retail environment.
