Cybersecurity awareness has become very important due to the rapid growth of internet usage and online transactions. Consumers widely use online platforms such as e-commerce websites, digital payments, and mobile applications for their daily activities. However, increasing cyber threats like phishing, hacking, identity theft, and data breaches create concerns about the safety of personal and financial information. This study aims to analyze the level of cybersecurity awareness among online consumers and examine its impact on their trust in digital platforms in Tirupur. The study is based on primary data collected through a survey method. The findings reveal that higher cybersecurity awareness increases consumer confidence and encourages safe online transactions. The study highlights the importance of improving cybersecurity knowledge to enhance consumer trust in online services.
