Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring organizational success. Effective HR practices such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management help organizations attract and retain talented employees while improving overall productivity. This study examines the Human Resource practices followed at Edigitech Technologies, Pune, and analyzes their impact on employee satisfaction and recruitment efficiency. The main objective of the study is to understand the recruitment and selection process used by the organization and evaluate how technology-driven HR practices influence candidate experience and employee engagement. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical research design. Data for the study was collected from both primary and secondary sources. Primary data was gathered through structured questionnaires and discussions with employees and HR personnel, while secondary data was obtained from books, research articles, and online sources related to Human Resource Management. The findings reveal that the recruitment system at Edigitech Technologies is generally well-structured and efficient. Most respondents expressed satisfaction with the online application process, communication with the HR team, and the use of digital recruitment tools. However, certain areas such as communication consistency, feedback mechanisms, and further technological improvements were identified as opportunities for enhancement. The study concludes that effective HR practices combined with modern digital recruitment systems significantly improve employee satisfaction, organizational efficiency, and employer reputation. The research also recommends strengthening digital recruitment platforms, adopting AI-based hiring tools, improving candidate communication, and implementing continuous feedback systems to enhance HR effectiveness.
