This study focuses on Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) and its role in promoting sustainable workplace practices in organizations. Green HRM integrates environmental management into human resource policies such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. The main objective of the study is to analyse employees’ perception and participation in green workplace initiatives. The research also examines factors influencing the implementation of Green HRM and its impact on employee motivation and job satisfaction. Primary data for the study was collected through a structured questionnaire from 100 respondents. Percentage analysis and ranking analysis were used as statistical tools for data interpretation. The findings reveal that many employees show a positive attitude toward eco-friendly behaviour and support environmental training programs. However, the study also identifies challenges such as lack of awareness, financial constraints, and resistance to change in organizations.
